Dr. Rod Rohrich is one of the most respected plastic surgeons in the world. He has a unique skill of restoring a youthful look to his patients. In 2018, he will headline a few important conferences in his field.
In February, he will attend the Baker Gordon Educational Symposium which highlights the latest advances and interest in cosmetic surgery. The Symposium was started over 50 years ago and includes lectures and live surgeries by some of the best in the business. Thousands of plastic surgeons have been trained at this event and its the largest of its kind in the United States. Dr. Rohrich will be the moderator for the symposium. After the Baker Symposium, Dr. Rohrich will attend and chair two other high profile conferences between late February and early March. The Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine Meeting will assemble some of the best plastic surgeons in the world to discuss the latest in cosmetic surgery techniques. The Rhinoplasty Meeting will assemble some of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the world to discuss problems and the latest innovations.
Besides surgery, Dr. Rohrich teaches plastic surgery and has received many awards for his work. He received his degrees from the University of North Dakota, North Dakota State University and Baylor University College of Medicine all with honors. He has been in medicine for over 20 years and was the chairman of the American Medical Association. Besides his great work he is also a philanthropist and has given his time and money to many national charities such as the March of Dimes and Save the Children.
